We are the Friends of Bill W. Group, the original English-speaking AA meeting in Cancún — active in the same location since 1986.
Whether you are visiting from abroad, living locally, or arriving here for the first time seeking help, you are welcome here.
Our group is open to anyone from any 12-step program who wishes to attend and share.
Newcomers, visitors, old-timers — everyone is welcome to take a seat, listen, and participate in a safe, respectful, and anonymous space.
We follow AA’s primary purpose:
to stay sober and help other alcoholics achieve sobriety.
If you are new or returning after some time, we are grateful you’re here.
If you are visiting Cancún, we are honored to be part of your recovery journey while you’re away

We are the only regular English-speaking AA group in Cancún, Mexico. If you’re struggling, on holiday, working remotely, or just passing through – you’re welcome to attend, listen, and share if you wish.

🕒 Daily AA Meetings (Open to All Visitors)
Monday – Sunday: 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
👥 Men’s Meeting
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
💛 CODA Meeting (Open Meeting)
Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🚪 Sunday Entrance
The shopping plaza is closed on Sundays.
Please enter through the basement parking entrance.
Take the elevator to Floor 2 and find Local 418.
We’re located in Plaza Centro on Av. Carlos J. Nader, just a few minutes from the Hotel Zone and downtown Cancún.
